How to tell if I'm Ambidextrous?

Hey,


I was wondering, when i do art; pencil sketches; pastel; charcoal; without thinking I pick it up with my left hand... I write with my right hand but have ALWAYS held my knife and fork the left hand way (fork in right and knife in left)


Anyway, my question really is; is being ambedextrous being able to do all things with both hands, or preffering to do specific things with a certain hand (ie. being able to write with both hands and drawing with both hands OR writing with your left and drawing with your right)How to tell if I'm Ambidextrous?
writing with your left and drawing with your right might be ambidextrous





but i'm pretty sure you're supposed to be able to do all things with both hands. im not 100% sure
