Left handed muslims ?

i have just been reading about etiquette in muslim areas as im thinking of going to morocco for a holiday and noticed a thing about using your left hand for certain things(im left handed).


whilst i was doing a little research(google) i found that left handed Muslims were forced or encouraged to use there right hand for eating and drinking because they were made to use there left hand to clean themselves after using the toilet, and other muslims find it offensive to see others using there left hand for eating,drinking and shaking hands.


this all seems very sensible for hygiene, and is easily influenced by Peer pressure.


i am a left handed man and am very dextrous with both hands, i dont think im ambidextrous as my writing is legible but not neat with my right hand, but as a tradesman i am very able with both hands and think that i am probably stronger physically with my right whilst being more accurate and sensitive with my left.


NOW HERE IS MY QUESTION


How do you know which hand a person is using whist in the privacy of a toilet, especially a right handed person who finds it natural to use is right hand to do everything else in life?
