I am completely right handed, and any attempt at writing with my left hand is a horrible mess. I can't even hold the pencil correctly in my left hand!
However, I am wondering if it's possible to learn at age 25, how long it might take, and most importantly of all, do you end up with identical handwriting? It would be great if I could learn a completely new handwriting!
If you are ambidextrous please tell me, is your handwriting for both hands the same or almost identical? Can I learn to write left-handed? Ambidextrous?
I taught myself to use my left hand to write with (I am normally right-handed). I use to practice day after day for years. Now I can write as easily with my left as my right. I also taught myself to write backwards, upside-down, upside-down and backwards with both hands.
All it takes is dedication and daily practice.
It is somewhat similar, yet enough difference to make it interesting. Can I learn to write left-handed? Ambidextrous?
It's possible. But it will take a lot of effort. How long it may take is up to you. Being left-handed myself, I'm forced to use my right hand for some things. But I see it as an advantage because left-handed people can often use both hands better.
Your writing would probably look different as your skill levels wouldn't be the same.
Practice, practice, practice is the only way to learn...
I also want to learn So I Can Become Left handed at everything.
