There may be a few products out on the market that say they firm and lift breasts, but I would have to say they do nothing except get you to buy them!!!
If you really want to do sommething that does help a lot! But to a limit!!! Example if you were 50 years old, it;s too late if there hanging to your knees! But if your still young up to about 35 years old!! there is a excercise that will help keep them firm and not sag! And it's quit simple and doesn't cost you a dime, just a little time each day!!! about a half hour a day in the morning and at night before you go to bed!!!
Ok! Put you hands together ! Your right hand into your left hand with your right thumb on top of your left thumb first knuckle from your hand! At the base of your left thumb knuckle not the knuck by your thumb nail!!! and then make sure your left thumb tip part is on your right pointer finger base knuckle, not the knuckle in the middle of your pointer finger or the knuckle by your pointer finger finget nail!
Same position as if you were clapping!!! but a way tighter grip! Now with your hands in position the way I explained!
Now sqeeze your hands tight to each hand using fingers too! Now sqeeze your hands together, but not so they hurt and push them like towards each other Like your squishing a hamburger flat! but still sqeezing and keep the tension at all times and SLOWLY bring your elbows down to your sides and ribs at the same time and keep the sqeeze tension and the pushing of your hands together!
If your doing it right!!! when you get your elbows to your ribs at the same time you will actually feel the pressure in your breasts! Now if you do that everyday about a half hour a day and night you won't have to worry about your breast sagging or anything!!! But if you have had a child, it will take a lot more work to get them back in shape! Like a hour or 2, a day and night !
Most women have sagging breasts because they go bra less to much, no support means sag!!! Even at night time isn't very wise!!! at least a sports bra at bed time!!!

ok lol the only way i can think to tell you how to do that is watch Greese. They do it in that movie when they have the sleep over, they show it really quick. Or think of someone singing like Opra music, they have their hands together and elbows out. put your hands together with your elbows out and you can start to feel it in your chest.
