How long does it take to learn to write with your left hand?

I am currently trying to learn to write with my left hand. So I am wondering about how long does it take to learn to do so if I am 16 years old. And yes the whole thing is a product of boredom.

um. idk....why....? i guess since your older it would take longer. um i'd say maybe few months? im guessing dont trust my answer.

If boredom is the only thing pushing you, then you'll probably never be able to write as well with your left hand as your right hand.





However, if you were to actually lose your right hand, your semi-';survival instincts'; would kick and learning how to write with your left hand (since it would now be a necessity) could probably be done in no more than a few weeks, probably less.
It probably depends on how much you practice.
