Like if you typically write with your right hand and you ended up injuring it thus using the left would you be required to show a form of ID or whatever to prove that you're the same person. And if you could just sign using your left without doing anything different, then wouldn't this open the door for potential abuse?How would one go about signing legal documents with the non-dominate writing hand?
You would sign in front of witnesses to whom you would have previously presented your photo id.
Regarding potential abuse - you'd have to be willing to perjure yourself about signing the document.
