If you are right-handed, and don't use your left hand a lot, what can you do to be hand-coordinative with both?

i want to be able to use my left hand also. i'm good at my right hand, but i also want to write with my left hand, throw balls with it, and much more....

but hoW?!If you are right-handed, and don't use your left hand a lot, what can you do to be hand-coordinative with both?
Just start doing stuff with your left hand. As time goes on you will find that you can do many things with both hands equally. If you are right-handed, and don't use your left hand a lot, what can you do to be hand-coordinative with both?
Practice the same way you did when you learned to write. Start picking up things with your left hand. Try to switch your knife and fork. The only way to do this, if it is possible, is to practice a lot.

I just tried to write with my left hand and after the third word, it was illegible. Guess it's been too long since I did it last.

Practice.
Well just try and use your left hand as much as possible like practice writing with your left hand, throwing balls, opening doors, using your toothbrush.

You'll start becoming ambidextrous.
