So how can you really tell if your left or right handed?

i've been told i'm right handed since...well ever...so yea i learnd to write %26amp;sew right-handed....everything else would rather do in reverse....supposedly i'm 'right brained'(aka left handed)...and shockingly, i can write with my left hand pretty well...curisve is better cause i can't flip letters, but i can do it pretty easily (i can also write backwards with no problem with my right hand..can't flip that)

just wondring, how common is it for parents to forces a child to be right handed even if their not? (i'm not old..like i'm a teenager...)So how can you really tell if your left or right handed?
Some people are ambi-dexterous , which means they are good with both hands. Every persn is different and eventually you turn out to do things the way you were meant to no matter what your parents do.So how can you really tell if your left or right handed?
you are ambidextrous...years ago people believed that writing with the left hand was wrong and so they forced children to write only with the right hand. Now days we know better and usually people can only write with one or the other and whichever hand is dominant than that is the one used, your parents probably didn't force you to use this is just became what was natural and you have developed the use of both hands, which everyone can do given practice as long as something is not wrong with the other hand
haha I hear ya... when I was a kid I used to write with both hands like switch my pencil from one hand to the other when writing but they were going to fail me from kindergarten unless I picked a hand and now I'm right handed. I kind of wish they let me keep switching because that seems like a useful skill to have now.

I do just about everything besides write and throw a ball with my left hand. I think I've trained myself through repetition to be right handed.
You are both handed...My son is the same way he writes left handed but does alot of other stuff with his right he can bat and throw ball with both hands.
